Access to ongoing support for Libwin products is provided to clients through the use of an annual support and enhancement subscription system.

 

This subscription, based on the products which a client is licensed for, as well as the type of client, entitles the client to :

 

• Unlimited access to end-user support via remote communication channels (telephone, e-mail and

  facsimile communication)

• Unlimited access to installation and related technical support via remote communication channels

  (telephone, e-mail and facsimile communication)

• Access to public training courses, as-and-when offered (training is subject to an additional cost, which

  basically covers costs involved in presenting the training – training venue, catering etc)

• Any software updates which are released for the products licensed by the client during the

  subscription period

 

Although it is not compulsory from year two onwards (the subscription is NOT a licence fee, as Libwin’s licences are perpetual), clients are encouraged to ensure that they maintain an active and current support and enhancement subscription to ensure that they have ongoing access to assistance, training (especially taking staff turnover into account) and software updates.
